DAY/PLEASURE FISHING RULES

    WHEN ARRIVING AT CLEARWATER LAKES FISHERY:-

  • ALL ANGLERS SHOULD STRICTLY COMPLY WITH THE FISHERY RULES AS DISPLAYED ON THE NOTICE BOARD

  • PARK IN AN ORDERLY MANNER ADJACENT TO THE FISHERY NOTICE BOARD OR FISHERY DIP TANKS

  • ON ARRIVAL ALL NETS - LANDING – WEIGHING – AND UN-HOOKING BEDS TO BE DIPPED

  • NO KEEP NETS - (FISHING MATCHES ONLY)

  • ONE LANDING NET PER FISHERMAN - FISHING PEG

  • LANDING NETS MUST BE APPROVED FOR CARP

  • ENSURE THAT ALL NETS AND UN-HOOKING BEDS ARE HELD TO DRAIN OVER THE DIP TANK IN ORDER NOT TO WASTE THE SPECIAL DISAFECTANT (THE DISAFECTANT WILL NOT IN ANY WAY EFFECT YOUR HANDS OR SKIN)

  • ANYONE FOUND NOT TO HAVE DIPPED ALL THEIR NETS AND UN-HOOKING BEDS WILL BE REQUESTED TO IMMEDIATELY LEAVE THE FISHERY AND WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ENTRANCE TO THE FISHERY THEREAFTER.

  • IMPORTANT: PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU READ THE FISHERY NOTICE BOARD

  • READ all the FISHERY, FISHING & BAIT RULES as displayed on the FISHERY NOTICE BOARD to ensure that you fully comply with all the Rules.

  • MAJORITY of the Fishing Pegs cars can be parked directly Behind or Adjacent to the Fishing Peg   (Excluding Pegs 109-115)

  • WHEN ARRIVING AT YOUR ALLOCATED FISHING PEG

  • PARK in an orderly manner either directly Behind or Adjacent to your Peg

  • IMMEDIATELY - Lay all your Nets – Landing - Weighing – and Un-hooking Beds - OUT TO DRY

  • DURING DAY/PLEASURE FISHING

  • During Fishing if any Specimen or other Fish landed shows any signs of Stress, Damage or Disease then please report this by phoning 07969738765

  • All Fish no matter what size or weight must be landed with a Landing Net and then either placed in the KEEP NET or weighed and returned with Landing Net to the water.

  • END OF DAY/PLEASURE FISHING

  • FISH ARE NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES TO BE REMOVED FROM THE FISHERY (SECURITY CHECKS WILL BE COMPLETED BY BALIFF)

  • All Rubbish or Waste Materials should be collected at the allocated Fishing Peg by the individual Angler and should either be deposited in the Waste Bin provided and located beside the Dip Tank or removed from the Fishery

  • Anglers not strictly adhering to the Fishery Rules will be requested to leave and will not be permitted entrance to the Fishery thereafter
